Yes! Afri-Sun panels are compatible with most portable power stations including Bluetti, Ecoflow, Jackery, Goal Zero, and others. Our panels include multiple output cables (DC, Anderson connector, USB-A, USB-C) to ensure compatibility. Check your power station's input specifications (most accept 12-24V) and you're good to go.
Yes, but you'll need a solar charge controller (MPPT or PWM) to regulate the charging. Never connect a solar panel directly to a battery as it can damage the battery or cause safety issues. Charge controllers are sold separately.
We deliver to all addresses within South Africa via courier. This includes major cities, towns, and most rural areas.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Major cities usually receive orders within 2-3 days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Our panels are IP65 rated, meaning they're splash-proof and can handle rain. The solar cells and electronics are sealed against water ingress. However, they're not submersible - don't submerge them in water. If it rains while your panel is out, it's fine, but we recommend folding and storing when not in use.
Yes, but output is reduced. The panels will still generate power in cloudy conditions, just less than on sunny days. For best results, position your panel to capture as much available light as possible.
Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures. This includes faulty solar cells, defective wiring, broken connectors due to manufacturing issues, and failures in the folding mechanism. Warranty does NOT cover physical damage from drops, punctures, user modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, return the panel in its original condition (with all accessories and packaging) within 30 days for a full refund. You'll need to cover return shipping costs.
Yes! Many customers use our panels for load-shedding backup. The typical setup: Panel → Power Station (battery) → Your devices. During the day, charge your power station. During load-shedding, run your essentials (router, laptop, lights) from the power station. A 200W panel can keep a 500-1000Wh power station topped up for daily use.
